Citizens' Climate Lobby has a winning proposal in the MIT contest for a US Carbon Price: The Little Engine That Could: Carbon Fee and Dividend. To vote for it, go to the proposal (click link above), click "Register" at the upper right to create your CoLab identity. Then go back to the proposal and click Vote. You will see the number rise by one and "Vote for Proposal" change to "Retract Support." That's how you know you've voted.
