Citizens' Climate Lobbyists will be lobbying on Parliament Hill for the eighth time as a collective June 1 and June 2. On Sunday, May 31, 2015 we will have training sessions. No experience is neccessary. People of all political stripes are welcome to join us. Registration closes Monday, May 25, 2015. Find out more about our upcoming efforts on Parliament Hill here. |
Keith McNeil's special interest in climate change began several years ago when the child of a family member cried himself to sleep after watching a television documentary on the subject. In January 2015, Keith started an online petition carbon fee and dividend at Care2. Over 28,000 people have signed the petition. From May 23 to June 2, Keith McNeil will ride his bike from Toronto to Ottawa, with Mrs. Chatelaine 1970, Jean Nelson. Read the media release here. |
